The conference will gather high-level policy makers and key opinion leaders to explore:
- How health, social and long-term care systems need to adapt and transform in light of the ageing population.
- How prevention, early detection and intervention, including in cancer and for cardiovascular disease, can save both lives and unnecessary costs, and how to best implement such approaches in Member States.
